You are Enough!

I see this phrase thrown around a lot these days, what does it mean?

You are enough means, you have it all already. You are the child of God and you are perfect as you are. All you need to do is accept yourself as whole together with your weaknesses and strengths.

Accepting yourself as whole might bring about vulnerability issues. Yes, you may feel vulnerable and fear being judged but that is what is required for your further growth social, mental, spiritual or financial. Accept that where ever you are right now in life is where you were meant to be. Do not judge yourself, do not criticize yourself, do not loathe yourself just accept it and move forward.

You are a unique creation of the universe, you have value, and just about the fact that you exist you deserve to have it all. You are enough may also mean that you were made to be you as you are on purpose.

It means you don’t have to strive to become more worthy, more valid, more acceptable, or more loved. You are already all of those things. Your Higher Self loves you unconditionally, make more time to connect with it on regular bases.

Just be yourself, being your self means to be more open, to be more honest, and to be more true to yourself and others. Being more authentic more connected, more intentional and being more purposeful are the expressions of enough ness.

Believing in yourself gives you courage to ignore what others think of you. If you continue to look outside yourself for something that can only be found within, you will be forever lost and you will live your whole life feeling like there is something missing but you will not know what. Don’t let that happen to you.

Learn to love and accept yourself for who you are, for what you have and what you know and by doing so you will be able to become more. Only by loving and accepting yourself will you be able to allow your relationships to blossom and bring out the best in you.

By allowing yourself to be who you really are deep down inside and by acknowledging that in this moment: You are enough, you have value and you deserve to have it all, you will rediscover inner peace and happiness.

Work on mastering yourself and know that by mastering yourself, you master LOVE and you master LIFE.

1. Let go

Let go of all the toxic thoughts and behaviors that are making you unhappy. Let go of the need to search for your value outside yourself and start searching for it within yourself.

2. Purify your thoughts

Nurture good thoughts and you will reap good behaviors. Use your mind and don’t let it use you.

3. Contemplate

Contemplate how you would like your Ideal Self to look, feel, and live love..

4. Spend time in silence

“Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding. Much of your pain is self-chosen. It is the bitter potion by which the physician within you heals your sick self. Therefore trust the physician, and drink his remedy in silence and tranquility.” ~Khalil Gibran

5. Have daily conversations with your Higher Self

Carefully listen to what your Higher Self has to say…and follow what it says.

6. Practice self-forgiveness

Forgive yourself for holding on to resentment for so long and depriving yourself of inner peace, tranquility, and happiness.

7. Love your Self

Learn to treasure yourself and your unique and authentic Self. Work on accepting yourself completely and make sure you are always kind and gentle with your Self.

Always remember that nothing about you is lacking.

In this moment you are enough, you have value, and you deserve to have it all. You are a beautiful creation, a work in progress.
